RTS / DTR Keying Interface

Following the N3FJP designs, I created the Optic Coupling interface. Rev A can be built for RTS or DTR (0ohm resistor) or interface with a micro controller pins.

The interface works well but switching apps while transmitting you can hear a little stagger. Creating a simple cli app to use this board on a headless raspberry pi which should eliminate that issue.
